How long is the delivery time from when I place my order?
Delivery Times vary depending on the product you have ordered:
Farmhouse Tables & Work Desk = 8-10 weeks
Coffee tables, Console tables and Ottomans = 6 - 8 weeks
Chopping Boards = 2-3 weeks
Bespoke = Varies and will be agreed depending on your requirements.

What delivery company do you use?
We use an experienced funiture delivery company who will deliver your items with care to your door. We will contact you 1 week before delivery to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Our courier will then liase with you a day before delivery and give you a 3 hour delivery window.
Chopping boards area sent via UPS on a 48 hour service.
Do I have to assemble the furniture when it arrives?
Farmhouse Tables and Industrial Work Desk
To ensure ease of access into all customers homes these items have removable legs. These can be installed easily in 5 minutes. Video instructions are sent to you via email when your order is shipped.
All other products come assembled and ready to enjoy.
What happens if my furniture is damaged on arrival?
Damage caused in transit
If you think your product has been damaged in transit please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your products. If it cannot be repaired we will replace your products free of charge.
What do I do if there I am unhappy with the quality of the furniture?
If there is a fault or issue with the workmanship of your furniture please notify us by email email@example.com as soon as you are aware of any issues. We will assess the problem and either repair or replace your furniture free of charge.
What should I consider when buying handmade timber products?
Product images and colour variation
Whilst our digital photographs provide a good visual representation of the final product there may be a difference to the appearance of the timber under natural light.
The appeal of handmade
Every piece is individual and variations in actual colour and grain patterns will occur. These variations are not faults and are what makes your furniture unique and is part of the appeal of buying handmade.
Timber products and moisture
Timber is a naturally occurring material and is subject to movement depending on the moisture content in the air at that time. Table tops are protected using natural oils and waxes but will need to be cleaned and looked after correctly to preserve the life of the oils and therefore your furniture. Timber does not like to be saturated with liquid for any extended period of time as warping or excessive movement can occur. Please care for your table according to our care instructions, we can not accept liability for damage caused by improper care or misuse.
How can I care for my furniture?
Do you source your timber sustainably and reponsibly?
We care deeply about the environment and are committed to being a sustainable company. All our timbers are sourced responsibly only from accredited suppliers, sawmills or timber merchants that are either certified by PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).
Our furniture products are designed to minimise waste and make the most economic use of materials.
What is your returns policy?
Change of mind
Within 3 business days of placing your order - Full refund
After 3 business days and within 3 weeks of placing your order - 50% refund
After 3 weeks of placing your order - No refund for change of mind
Damage caused in transit
If you think your product has been damaged in transit please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your products. If it cannot be repaired we will replace your products free of charge.
If there is a fault or issue with the workmanship of your furniture please notify us by email as soon as you are aware of any issues. We will assess the problem and either repair or replace your furniture.
